Jennifer Boyle Warner


Jennifer received her B.S. and M.S. in Forestry from Purdue University. Before becoming the IASWCD's Executive Director six years ago, she worked in the Indiana Department of Environmental Management and the Johnson County Soil and Water Conservation District. Jennifer volunteers with the Indiana Canine Assistance Network. She lives in Hendricks County with her husband and two black labs.

Janice Bullman

Janice and her husband, Fred, live on their family farm near Bargersville. She is honored to be the fifth generation on the  family farm and shares her ancestors love of the land. Prior to joining the IASWCD, Janice served as the executive director of Family Service, Inc. in Columbus, Indiana. Her role there included the development, expansion and sustainability of programs and services for infants, children, adults and families. Janice’s career has spanned over 25 years in nonprofit, social services and organizational management.

Soil Health Program Manager
Lisa Holscher

Lisa is the newest member of the Conservation Cropping Systems INitiative (CCSI) team. She coordinates the development of a series of training hubs for Indiana Conservation Partnership staff working with farmers around the state, as well as a mentoring program to provide one-on-one technical assistance to farmers. Lisa is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Management and Design. She previously served as the Watershed Coordinator for the West Central Indiana Watershed Alliance. She also has been a former Adjunct Instructor in Precision Ag at Vincennes University.

Communications Manager
DeeDee Sigler

DeeDee is a graduate of Franklin College with a double major in journalism and political science. Over the course of her career she has focused on agricultural communications serving in the non-profit, university, and government arenas. She worked for three former lieutenant governors and commissioner of agricultures and received the Sagamore of the Wabash from Governor Joseph E. Kernan in 2005. She also is a graduate of the Ind. Agricultural Leadership Program Class III. DeeDee and her husband live on the farm where he was raised and are proud to promote soil health and water conservation.

Project Assistant
Liz Rice

Liz received her B.S. in Public Affairs/Nonprofit Management from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University-Bloomington in 2009. Upon graduating, she took an AmeriCorps VISTA position in southwest Colorado. While there she helped coordinate youth service-learning and conservation work programs in rural and low-income areas. In late 2011 she moved back to her home state of Indiana to be closer to her family. Liz now lives in downtown Indianapolis with her husband. She enjoys bicycling, hiking, and cooking.
