Register for the 2010 Summer Training
Create A District Web Site Without Losing Your Wits
Is your District interested in redesigning a current Web site? Or, are you interested in creating a brand new Web site? If you answered yes to either question, this training is for you.
Using GreenEarthHost Web site hosting, this training will take you through the administrative site (especially for those of you with a current account) and through the Web site builder program “Sitebuilder.” This program is Web based and provides templates to design a Web site. If you currently have a Web site, you will learn how to input your information into the Web-based builder. This program is free with GreenEarthHost, so there are no programs to purchase. It is easy to learn, and will provide a consistent look to your Web site. Computers will be provided at each training.
You do not need to be a current GreenEarthHost account user to take advantage of this training. It will, however, be advantageous if you are thinking of switching to GreenEarthHost or starting brand new Web site using GreenEarthHost since the training uses their version of Sitebuilder.
Program Agenda for each Training Site
- 9:30 to 11 a.m. Introduction to GreenEarthHost Administrative Control Panel Discussion on Domain Registration: How to get it and maintain it
- 11 a.m. to 12 noon: Introduction to Sitebuilder Web site design program
- Noon to 12:45 p.m.: Lunch
12:45 to 3:30 p.m.: In-depth Sitebuilder training

- Fee: $10 per person: includes lunch and handouts
