The ICP Training and Certification Program for Technical Staff

The Indiana Conservation Partnership (ICP) announces its joint comprehensive Training and Certification Program for technical staff.

The Individual Development Inventory (IDI) is a tool for collecting information on the present technical capacity of Indiana Conservation Partners' staff and for determining the need for training.

The IDI is an Excel spreadsheet containing a list of various conservation topics and practices for which you will indicate whether or not you need training. You will also be able to indicate if you have already received training on a topic or practice.

The IDI is fairly simple if perhaps a bit long, and the tutorial will hopefully answer all of your questions. If the IDI is not working properly for you or if you encounter something not addressed here, please contact Troy Hinkle for assistance.
